How long is the Flow Running course?
The Flow Running course is 6 weeks long. Each week features 4-6 lessons with videos, written explanations, and exercises.
What is the outline of the Flow Running course?
Great Question! You'll be learning the following:
Module 1: Introduction (and a new way to think about running)
Module 2: Foundational Breathing
Module 3: Gait Re-Patterning and Backwards Walking
Module 4: The Flow Rope Teacher
Module 5: Walking The Tire
Module 6: Expressing Yourself Via Movement
How much time do I need to dedicate each week?
Each week's lessons and videos will take about an hour (in total) to complete. Additionally, for best results, you'll want to spend 5-15 minutes per day practicing the moves and skills presented in that week's lesson. Like anything, the more you practice, the more improvement you will experience.
Can I work ahead or access all the lessons at once?
No, the course is designed to be dripped out week by week. You will receive access to a new module each week, ensuring that you complete each step in the recommended order. This is important because our bodies take time to adapt to new movement patterns, and new movement patterns are what we're after with this kind of work.
Why is it important to complete the lessons in order?
Each lesson builds upon the previous one. You'll be developing new movement patterns and our bodies take time to adapt. It is important to fully understand and practice each lesson before moving on to the next to ensure you get the most benefit from the course.

What equipment do I need for the course?
You will need a flow rope and an old used tire for some of the exercises. Detailed instructions on how to set up and use these items are provided in the course.
